iPhone and Droid app that can take pictures and send image to a web service for recognition of images against a supplied database of photographs.

Application should be able to identify color, shape and size.

The web service will tell the phone/device what the image is and some details about it. It will also ask for clarification if the picture quality is blurry or if it cannot figure it out. Image recognition will be on a server using a database of images.

Image info is displayed on screen after algorithm has found the closest image to the submitted image.

Web service needs to be written in C#.NET (ASP.NET / WCF) using MS SQLServer as a database

Must be scalable and flexible enough to handle the addition of more images to the database
