Im looking for a programmer to dev an application.

Requirements for the APP

Must be database based
Must collect emails
Must be able to post to the users wall, any fanpage they are admin of and 25 of their friends walls.
Must be able to post to certain countries and timezones(mainly usa,canada and the UK)

Appearance needs to look good
