I need a site that is a duplicate of http://www.localsplash.com/ cannot be an exact duplicate. Needs to be built on joomla using this template, http://demotemplates.joomlashack.com/cascada/

I have already installed the template, it just needs to be worked on. Not sure if you can make the template look a little less bland and more like localsplash, I like the look of http://us.moo.com/ as far as it is simple and that is what I am looking for, but localsplash and orangesoda are also very nice. It needs to have a sign up area, and an account management area so users can fill out their business profile, and upload photos, and video. There also needs to be a business directory on a subdomain built to host business profiles, like the ones seen here...
