I need a simple iPad application built that simply consists of a single UIWebView. The most important thing is that we need the screen to be mirrored using the iPad VGA connector. The screen will be broadcast on a projector and needs to be shown in full resolution.

No address bar, refresh, forward or back buttons. Default page should be http://google.com

Speed is of the utmost concern - See the following app in the App Store:
