*Admin team will be able to adjust price for each registered user which is not displayed to other users.
* fully functional Shopping basket. Also Registered users will be able to post their list of building material for special order requirement for quotation and delivery time.
*Special offers screen to display offers to be passed on occasions.

*This website needs to be very secure and flexible for admin to be able to add,remove any offers for the users, add or remove any adverts.

*website should have provision to accept secure payments through paypal and be able to produce itemized bills/invoices
