I have a .psd of a design for a movie review website that I would like converted to Joomla. I would like the navigation buttons to be javascript. There would also need to be a component on the upper front page to switch out pictures that are linked to different reviews/articles in the site. There is a template for the front page and a simpler template for content pages of the site.
