The project consist of developing a system for local retail stores, restaurants, coffee shops etc. to design and launch advertisment campaings (including discounts, specific offers, vouchers etc.) targeted to local citizens accessing the system via website and/or mobile application (initially iPhone and android). A detailed system description to be discussed/developed with freelancer as initial stage of project.

In short the system should contain:

Merchant interface (on website) with following functionality:
-Log-in and user profile
-Create, track and launch campaigns
-creation of vouchers including bar-code that can be redeemed at point of sale

Database
-database including information of actual offers from merchants (type, geographic location, time, voucher, etc.)

Consumer interface (mobile application initially iPhone and android and website):
-log-in and user profile
-available offer/discount search (based on geographic location, type of offer, etc.)
-offer/discount serach result (showed on map e.g. around consumer location)
-download of voucher
