I am looking for a great APP team or programmer to build this app from scratch. The app will be a location based app that will ask the user for information like name email etc. This information will be stored on a Mysql DB on my server. I need the app built as well as the database on my server. The app will display different information based on the mysql DB. I have all front end graphics ready. I also have a mock up , run through that will be seen by winning bidder. This app will need an internet connection to work. I know I am forgetting many details so please ask me what else you need to know.
