We are looking to develop a site template/design that is:
- Attractive (eye-catching, interesting, sharp)
- Good use of pictures (can have rotating picture). We will also share some key selling points later that can be placed over image or used with image (if flash based element).
- Have 'Share This' add-on to people can easily add to twitter/facebook/social networking sites etc.
- Have space on right side column to add 2-3 small associate (this would just be a small logo). OR This can go at the bottom of the page.
- Front page should not have too much text but key selling points to interest prospective customer.
- Prefer to use Joomla as the CMS.
- We will pay for stock art that is well suites. We prefer good sharp original attractive images.
- Prefer to have one good image for each of the inner pages. Front page can use image (rotated) if it fits.
- We can pay to use add-ons (e.g. RocketTheme menu if it improves the overall site).
- Require simple contact us form. (We can provide the code for this if needed)

We have a logo. As part of this work, however we would like your consideration for a new logo.

The work consists of mock-up design images and final Joomla design.

1st Mock-up. You can be original / creative as you like to create a logo and the site.
2nd Mock-up. We will share the existing logo. And you can incorporate into a design. Colours and logo cna be changed (to a degree) to fit the overall look
3rd Mock-up. We will share one example mock-up from the company (which we don't like) with the logo but we want you to re-create it looking a lot better.

The mock-ups don't need to be done in Joomla (i.e. don't need to show the interactive elements, just a flat image is okay). After the 3 mock-ups we will confirm the colours, style, elements, pictures we like and don't like to aim towards the final design.

After final design we would ask you to include the content we give you and upload into our joomla installation.

The mock-ups need to be completed by 7-10 days from the date of project awarded and final design about 2-2.5 weeks after.

You must have experience in developing Joomla templates / site design. You must have a track record / portfolio so we can see your existing sites.
