Here is two user buyer & seller, buyer can post their website/domain/ebook/ and seller can buy from them as per requirements.


admin should be able to specify (configurable) a listing price and the seller must deposit cash before hand to list.

Must be installed on an appropriate web host ready for transfer into my control.


Site theme must be black and white but witha modern and fresh look.


Fee's to be payed by users will be done with a credit system which translates into Paypal.
