Looking for programmer/graphic designer to design new automated newsletter for my group of teacher sites. The requirements:

1. Design Newsletter Template.
2. Automated newsletter HTML page creation.
a. an Admin page that allows me to create an HTML newsletter that populates the newsletter template with postings/content pulled from my sites (using the sites RSS feeds or databases) so I can copy and paste the HTML code into a newsletter sending software (such as Pilot Group) which I will purchase and have installed seperately.
3. Design landing page (index.php page on my site/URL that is devoted ONLY to this newsletter) which tells people this is the "Group" newsletter (for my personal education sites) and allows them to sign up for newsletter as either a teacher/student or a school/organization (2 different subscriber types).
a. The landing page sign up can use the Pilot Group newsletter software code that I will have installed myself...unless you can suggest a better software system?
