This is a database that real estate agents can use to manage leads. Presently here is the workflow.

Lead squeeze pages (landing pages) and made on the server. You can access the server by going here:

Now this page is being hosted on the server so when someone fills in the data it goes into a database with a customer ID # so the agent only see his/her leads that go into the system from their indiviual landing page.

(The system has several clients. Each client has indiviual agents. Only a CLIENT has a landing page)

I need the system built in ASP.NET with the following changes:

1) When a new landing page is created, I need it to spit out as many physical pages (Can NOT be dynamic) for each keyword I specify. So, I would like to include a list of keywords for each client and then the system physically makes the SAME page for each keyword with the metatags, header, and text, specifically about that keyword. IE.
www.customernewaccount.com/keyword1.html, www.customernewaccounts.com/keyword2.html, etc. etc. So if I put 200 keywords into the system, the system would then physcially create me 200 landing pages specifc to each keyword.

2) Built in email autoresponder (like aweber) or the ability to push this data to aweber in a specific campiagn. Normally I think aweber would receive the data first, and push back the variables, which would work fine and long as you can get the data collected then bounced back from AWEBER into the lead management system.

3) Ability to print letters using data from database into a MS word mail merge. Just like there is a series on predefined emails. I would like for someone to be able to create a from letter in MS word so when then press something like "SEND WELCOME LETTER", or whatever they name their template it will open MSWORD and load the letter so they can print it.

The system does NOT have to be in ASP.NET if you have a better suggestion. I got several bids before from $500-$1000 but I wanted to make this COMPLETE description so the winning bid fully understands and can see what I am trying to do.
