Request for proposals and bids:
1. Build Romplr for Android. Graphics will be provided by us already sliced and ready.
2. Keep build duration to around 45 days.
3. In your project plan, a weekly delivery of APK file is a must. Mention the features completed in each APK file delivery in project plan.
4. Set a bid price.
