I'm looking for a coder who can create a memetracker or something similar that can rank and display news/links based on a popularity algorithm.

For the frontend, I'm looking for a simple display of links similar to www.memeorandum.com, with the ability to sort into categories. On the backend I'm looking for an admin interface that would allow me to input the urls or feeds that will be used to customize the memetracker.

I would prefer this in PHP but am open to other languages.
