Mortgage company looking to develop a web-based loan calculator that interfaces with Leads360, an online CRM program, via XML posting.

Loan calculator will pull borrower's data from Leads360. Using the borrower's information as well as the company's internal loan rate sheet, the loan calculator will determine the best loan program and interest rate as well as present cost comparisons. This application will be used to present borrowers with their loan options and help loan officers decide which product is best for the borrower. Equations will be provided.

Would like a developer to set up a GUI for the rates database so that once the application is complete, the company can edit the data as needed.
