We need a chat client/server simliar to Paltalk (earlier versions before Messenger type PalTalk/Inspeak with the same functions different GUI. Administrator Controls to be simliar as well..Kicking..Muting..bans for Users. Invisiblity,Muting,Kicking,Banning (mulitple forms), mulitple staff levels with corrosponding powers and ability for upper staff to restrict user access to certain rooms. Also included needs to be advertising and multi colored nicknames that can be purcharsed and given by the server as well as Program Administartors overiding payment.Program MUST include Voice, Video and Text. Nicknames will receive premium features .
