I don't care how you do that, which technique you use.
But of course it must NOT be against the law.

Preferably, profits goes directly into my PayPal/Moneybookers account, but it's not a requirement.

Requirements/rules:
1. Once project is completed, maintenance should be minimum to no effort.
2. I maintain all copyrights and full ownership of the site.
3. The site should earn at least 1 year from project completion time.
4. Income of US$50 per day is minimum.
5. Please send me your previous work.
6. I will have hosting provider ready, and will purchase the domain name you suggest.
7. I will require weekly reports about the work done until the goal is met.
8. After site start earning 50$/day for minimum of 7 days, I will send you the money.
9. We can then discuss on the further project.
10. Show me that you are good.
