I run a small online store and I trade through Amazon UK, Germany and France. I want to create a small web based application to combine my orders from these 3 sites, place them on a MySQL database and have a unified backend.

This only needs to be simple, I don't want bells and whistles.

It should be able to:

Aggregate orders from all 3 sources into a MySQL for a backend
Be able to mark orders dispatched
Refund orders
Retrieve payment details
All this information will be stored on a MySQL database and it needs to update our database and communicate with AMS to update it on there
