I want to develop a iPhone flash card app. Attached flv file is what the flashcards should look like per word.

I've also included some wireframes for the iPhone/iPad application. It doesn't list out the website interface, as I am still thinking it over. Please let me know what other information may be helpful for planning the timeline and budget for the project.
