I run a custom t-shirt business. I am now expanding this project to an online business. I need a tool that would give my customers the ability to customize their desired shirt online with texts and images. The tool can be similar (but maybe not as much) to customink.com or tshirts.com , etc... I am open to opinions regarding the scripting platform (flash,php,etc) as i am not a pro in this area.

I am very professional and easy to work with and i expect the same from my bidder. The budget is small so please do not PM me witg your opinion regarfing the amount. I am fully aware of how much effort and work is put into a project like this and do not wish to read through messages telling me how someone may dislike my budget. If you do not like the budget then simply do not bid! However, i do encourage you to bid if you believe you are capable to complete this.
