Currently we need a expert for quickconnect or phonegap SDK for developing compatible smartphone apps.

We need a strong and competent partner (fulltime freelancer or outsourcing company) for building mobile apps with iPhone/Android/Blackberry.
If you are only working with iPhone SDK or Android/Blackberry SDK, we are NOT interested in cooperation with you.
Instead, we need a senior expert who works with QuickConnect and/or PhoneGap. There must be ONE (the same!) source which can be delivered to iPhone/Android/Blackberry at once.

This project is for a financial (stock) app that we will give to iPhone/Android/Blackberry owners. It won't be three apps - but it'll be one phonegap or quickconnect app that will be packed for the 3 kinds of smartphones.
The job will be escrow 100% OR upfront 30% and 70% on delivery. Within the project we will become the owner of the sourcecode and copyright. NDA and confidentially agreement.

The source code quality must be properly and well-documented. We do not ask for a mockup or any work in advance.
However, within application, we ask for any code sample to prove your knowledge. Please send your most impressive or best quickconnect/phonegap app source and we'll check your application asap. Do only bid if you are WELL EXPERIENCED with quickconnect or phonegap supporting all 3 smartphones.

If you are also aware of financial applications would be great, but isn't required.
The mobile app will be running as offline app by default and if the user connects to the bank server, it must download news and notifications. Offline + Online App.

There will be a complete FDA (functional specification document) which specifies the entire project. The effort for this first job is estimated to 25-30days.
The budget for the app is 3500-4000USD.
