Hello,

I need a start up page for my current code (Ansi-C) editor "LED". The startup page shall contain most of the features the start-up page of Visual Studio 2010 offers. For clarification here is a screenshot of the startpage in Visual Studio 2010:

Sadly i have no idea how to design flash / program in ActionScript (technically and from the design point of view). I only know how to implement flash videos / menus in my application.
Because of that i have to ask for several features which might be impossible to implement (please notify me in your bid) / alternativly might be implemented in one click ( please make a faird bid-suggestion ).

Therefore i need the following features:

- The flash design must be fully resizable (as of course the editor window can be resized) without design leaks.
- The flash must be controled from c++ (e.g. to control the rescent file list). Please think about this could be possible. I can use an invoke ( ..  ) an call it - or alternativly use ini files / text files to transfer data to the flash file.

Design Features:
- nice looking design with possible popup effects / color gradients
- Rescent file list
- Open file/project
- Create file/project
- Settings button
- Logo at the top (see Visual studio 2010)
- Tab menu (see visual studio 2010) with getting started:
- Several content items (popup effect) - By click it should be possible to play an flv video (as tutorial)
- Latest news (RSS Reader if possible - if not the content of this page should be controlable via c++)
- Button left: Checkboxes (same as visual studio 2010)
