I need someone who knows how to use wordpress templates to do up simple web sites that look professional yet are affordable. 

The person also needs to know how to link up the website with programs like aweber, so that the web site can capture email addresses. 

Generally each web site will be 4-5 pages of content which we will provide. With 3-4 links to social media sites on the homepage. 

The website will also sell an ebook, that links up to paypal as their payment gateway. 

Within the site there will also be a blog where the web site owner can blog easily.

Google analytics needs to be incorporated into the web site too. 

This will occur on an ongoing basis and we will pay you a set fee for each web site.
