I have recently re-designed my website and need a little help in launching it 

I am looking for someone to do the following tasks:

1. Optimize my code (xhtml and css)
there is alot of redundant html and css that is left over from the old design that can be compressed and removed and Document the code that modify

2. Optimize title tags and descriptions 
3. Create the sitemap.xml
4. Ensure functionality of all links
5. Check for grammar and spelling
6. Optimize graphics without sacrificing  quality
i.e. converting png 24 to png 8 , etc.
7. Put multiple twitter feeds on the about us page for each of workers
8. Make the contact form send to a specific e-mail, test it. 
9. Submit website to bing webmaster tools and make the sitemap.xml for bing

10. MOST IMPORTANT...
I have a custom designed blog (wordpress) that i had some else create. I need you to upload this theme to my blog, move all articles from the old the blog to the new blog, and ensure that the small details (things like link colors) match the theme of the site
