I am looking for some one who would like to Design Web site pages, according to the available Newer designed  Home Page theme, and also provide HTML, XHTML, CSS, and some PHP know how to complete the development of the pages and uploading pages to the web site.

There are over 20 inner and external (Footer and Header linked Pages). It is a very simple and clean layout with the help of  prepared samples provided (Home page etc…) 

I need someone who can start immediately, in the next 10 hours. If you can not start immediately, Please  do NOT respond. ( no offense please)  

I'm looking for someone who is experienced,  works fast and efficient, and also who can complete the work on agreed upon time line.  

You must have excellent Photo shop, HTML, XHTML ,CSS and PHP test scores to apply. Prepare HTML, XHTML, JS, create the CSS files,  add PHP functionality to all the various buttons on the page, including the drop down menus/boxes, text boxes, check boxes, etc… SEO optimization.

The cost of per page will be US. $20. the total cost for this complete project is $450.  This is a 3-7 DAYS  project at the most. Please reply,  if interested and your ability to turn around the template would be... 10 working days Max.
What would be your course of action if the original deadline is slipping?
