I will escrow 75.00 and when job is complete and website working will escrow the rest. so if you do not agree then do not bid.Lost money once and will not lose money anymore.

I have this website here http://twtupon.com/ The idea behind the website is to allow you to surf twitter accounts in a way similar to stumbleupon and let you rate the accounts as hot or not.


what i would want is something like this 1. User Login

Users will be able to connect using their twitter account. Once connected they will be taken to a my account page listing recently rated twitter accounts and the option to begin rating twitter accounts.

2. AJAX Rotater -

Twitter accounts will be pulled in for user to rate. Once a user has rated the current account a new account will be shown. This will continue until user runs out of accounts to show. Accounts will be chosen from all accounts connected with your site and their followers. IE. if a user signs up the system will get a list of their followers and add those accounts to the accounts that are ratable.

3. Top Rate Profiles -

Show page of top X number of profiles for users to see.

4. Administration -

Admin page for site owner to log into. Functionality will include being able to search/view users using the system. As well as the ability to setup a Twitter account that users will automatically become followers of when signing up. This will give you a platform to market to your users.

5. SocialNetwork Integration -


When viewing a ratable twitter account users will have the option to submit the twitter page that they find interesting to social networks such as facebook and myspace.
