We need someone to wire up a billing module to our existing web application. Developer MUST have experience with Authorize.net API and recurring billing, storing encrypted credit cards on file in our SQL Server DB for recurring billing. The users will be charged for a 'software license' to use our service.

This is an existing ASP.net web application using SQL Membership provider model for its user base. Developer must have experience using Sub Sonic as we use this for our Data Access Layer. 

We use Telerik RadControls for the UI, this is not essential for experience but would be a nice to have.

We have the Authorize.NET account already and will provide business rules for the billing .
