We have a php website which has it's own CMS. We are looking for someone or a company to redesign the site. Re-Design should not change anything as we are very happy with the way site operates. We would welcome new functionality but would not like to reduce current functionality. 

If anyone can create a brand new website that is fine too. We require CMS system to upload new jobs, delete jobs, send weekly email ( Automated ), send an auto email to candidates when they apply for the job.
