We prefer to work with someone who has Skype and speaks English. We are available anytime to discuss things as you go. The more we can communicate the better the project will be.

We are looking for a 2 page web design. The first page will be out main page with the other page being a template for a search results page (our main site has a search function that is the basis for our site)

We are a mortgage quote site that provides the customer with a real- time mortgage quote. We use a SOAP XML API to connect to the mortgage quote engine. We will pay an additional $100 USD if you are able to also integrate this API (it is fairly simple if you understand SOAP and XML and we have an install guide you can use).

The second page will be a shell of the first; it will hold the results from the form on the main pages as well as the other pages we will develop internally.
