I'm looking for someone to create a video editing app compatible with Android 1.6 - Current (2.1).  I'm looking for something similar to Reel Director on iPhone (http://justanotheriphoneblog.com/wordpress/iphone-software/reel-director-video- editing-app-for-the-iphone-3gs).  


Here are some of the features I am looking for:

1. Import clips/pictures from available library
2. Record new clips/pictures directly fro mapp
3. Each clip can be edited individually
4. Can create videos supporting multiple files
5. Allow audio to be placed over track
6. Apply color filters to clips (make clip a certain hue, b/w, etc...) (optional)
7. Upload clip to YouTube (optional)

These are just some of the features I am looking for.  If you have others that you can recommend, we can negotiate that into the cost.  It should also be visually appealing and have a polished look to it.  Willing to provide continued business to developer for future upgrades.
