In general, the app will allow a user to stream video and audio in real time to a server. The app will also allow users to view live content and recorded content. The project will also include a web site where users can view videos.

The app will require a web site accessible to non-mobile devices in addition to the android app.

The app will utilize the video recorder and location services.

The app will assign each user a unique web address under my domain.
The app will have a view option and a stream option. When users activates the stream option, it will begin streaming all video and voice to my server. Each recording session will be saved on the server under that users unique web address.

The view option will be available to the app users AND the web users. In the app, users will have a "view live" option to view any recording in progress from users and be sorted by location (a state or country). Users will also be able to view old recordings sorted by location and date.
The web version will be the same as the mobile app.
