1. Create a real estate website with rich content, high res photos, slideshows, imbedded video.
2. Must have worked with IDX feeds on other real estate sites.
3. Must be able to provide a platform to upload my listings where I control the platform.
4. Use of LARGE 3D buttons, icons and animation desired.
5. The website should look and feel as if it were optimized for use on an iPad or touch screen interface.
6. The theme should be warm, fun and inviting
7. Horizontal navigation bar with rollover
8. Transitions and sound effects when navigating through the content.
9. Wide page layouts optimized for widescreen monitors preferred.
10. Please provide examples of proposed themes and past work with IDX feeds.
