I have a project that needs something similar to the flash text editor at http://www.twochicks.com/index.asp?pageId=22&pId=413 . This editor is used to create customized license plate frames for automobiles.

One feature I would want added to the text editor at http://www.twochicks.com/index.asp?pageId=22&pId=413 is to be able to have some sort of drop down box to change the actual graphic in the border. Notice how there are multiple border graphic options at http://www.twochicks.com/index.asp?pageId=26 . I would want to enable users to easily change the border graphic with the click of a button. For this project, we can limit the number of graphic options to 10 choices.

When bidding, please note that following:

-you are ONLY creating the flash editor. NOT the entire website. I will embed your editor on the website I'll make with my current web team.
-the editor only needs to allow the user to edit and then click a "buy" button. This buy button will just lead to an HTML page I'll provide a link for. No information needs to be sent to the html page re: the design the user created.
