I have finished creating the content for my book, about 300 pages final.  I need someone to get the book into the proper layout and attractive design.  Experience with laying out cookbooks a real plus.  I want to be consulted in the design process, but want you to create the finished product.  It must be submitted in InDesign CS3 / InDesign CS2 and as a PDF.  It must also be properly formatted to be turned into an ebook.  Please submit your resume with past related job history and a few samples of your work.

Book Layout with attractive design
Illustrations and Tables in the Book
Cover Design that can also be applicable in a website
Prepare document for printing press
