I am looking to create a CMS based web 2.0 site with the "feel & design" of the examples below. I need log-in capabilities and place holders for ads that I will sell (like on guestofaguest.com and style.com). I must have the ability to upload my content which will be text, pictures, and video.    

The sample sites I would like to model my site after are:

1. In terms of layout and design, I want my site to look very similar to http://www.fashionista.com - as you can see, this is a very neat, clean, and professional blog type site. With each entry, I need users to be able to do the following (just like on fashionista.com): 

a) post comments
b) retweet to twitter
c) share on facebook
 
2. I want the "Vote on the Look of the Day" feature that is on the homepage of Style.com. I need to be able to upload photos to this gallery daily and have users vote on the "Look of the Day" and display the results after each vote (just like on http://www.style.com )
(please offer a quote with and without the flash feature of the look of the day as shown on the homepage of style.com)

3. I would like to be able to cover events all over the United States through my readers.  I don't want them to have the ability to post straight to the site, but to submit party photos and fashion photos to me. They would be credited with the work and their photos will appear under the "Gallery" tab

4. I need placeholders for advertisements that I plan to sell in the future
