Summary of job:
- create validation of 2 user input fileds – must have equal input
- monitor order status change from Pending to Confirmed
- create http url and execute from the hosting server background ( must have 
hosting server IP when reaching target URL )
- change status of order to Shipped and notify user
- wait for new orders

Details:
I need to monitor status of orders for one item.
Once status of order is changed after paypal payment into CONFIRMED, I need to take subtotal price and combine it with user entered text ( two fields at the VM registration stage, with validation check if the fields are equal needed), then create and execute https link containing server address ( fixed ), user entered  text and subtotal amount. ( variables )
The http link must be executed without any user action ( after paypal payment and  status change  to confirmed ) 
The execution must come from the site hosting server to target server with hosting server IP address, not the IP adress of user PC !!!!
