We have a successful iPhone app (GayCities) which is similar to a combination of Yelp and Foursquare. It offers maps of our listings, our reviews, details on our listings, and the ability to login and write reviews, upload photos, "check in" to venues, etc.

We're looking for someone to build an Android app with all the functionality of the existing iPhone app, but on Android. I've attached a collection of screenshots of the current app to give you an idea. Our servers provide a JSON api to supply the data to the app which caches the data locally to lighten the load on our servers and provide fast access to users.

Ideally, you would have access to an iPhone so you can see how it's all supposed to work, but I can provide a detailed spec if necessary. I'll also provide our API spec.
