We need a CRM solution that will allow us to track potential customers coming from a variety of sources. The information will be coming from:

-- Buddypress user accounts and profiles
-- Drupal user accounts and profiles
-- Squeeze page lead capture forms (mostly to mailchimp now)
-- Ecommerce plugins
-- Direct excel file import.

We'd like to see the data kept in sync between the systems (Drupal / Wordpress / CRM). In addition, we need a single sign on authentication server to allow a user to log into both systems at once (and have access to profile info) - it would seem that these features need to be integrated to work.

In terms of accessing the data, we'd like the customer to be able to edit their info (at least the portion presented by drupal or wordpress). We, internally, would like to be able to access and add info from the iPhone (web based app is fine for now), in addition to the standard web frontend.

Your task includes:

1) Select a CRM to best meet our needs (SugarCRM looks good)
2) Create the code needed to link the parts together (including SSO portion)
3) Ensure that the links are working and provide ongoing support as needed (switch to hourly *after* completion).

Requirements:

1) Select a CRM and authentication server quickly so that we can begin migrating.
2) Demonstrate previous success in a project of this nature, including dealing with privacy, security, performance (this needs to eventually scale to the millions, we're going to test in the under 5k range).
